Speaking to the press after touring the ward today, the MCA accused the county of focusing on some regions and neglecting others.

He said that development should not favour any person or regions and that all parts of Kiambu should be treated equally.

“My appeal is to Kiambu county administration to ensure all the resources are shared equally among the people,” he said.

Ngige further asked the county to engage the people in development saying that it will create confidence in them.

He said that the constitution has a provision that requires county governments to seek the opinion of the public on matters of governance.

The MCA, however, vowed to support Governor William Kabogo in his quest to oversee development in the county.

The ward representative said that unity is important and leaders must learn to work together for development purposes.
