A 27-old woman was arraigned in a Molo court after being charged with stealing money from her employer.
Beth Mwangi, an employee of Dubi restaurant in Elbergon town was charged for obtaining Shs32,000 from the restaurant through theft.
She denied the charges before resident magistrate Mary Oloo, who released her on a Shs50,000 bond or a cash bail of Shs20,000. The case has been sheduled for December 13 .
In the same court ,a middle aged man admitted to being in possession of two rolls of bhang worth Shs50. Francis Maina was found with the bhang on the 10th of september in Molo town Sub County by police officers on patrol.
In his mitigation ,Maina pleaded for leniency saying he has small children to take care. He also added that he has some health complications. The court has ordered to be supplied with Maina's report before delivering judgement.
