Speaking during the National Drama Festivals finals in Nakuru on Friday the deputy president said unity will help the country to deal with challenges facing it.

“Our focus should not be on the enormity of the challenge that we face, but on the possibility of us working together and finding solutions to those challenges,” said Ruto.

He urged leaders to avoid pointing fingers and instead seek solutions on challenges facing the country.

At the same time the deputy president urged young people not to engage in criminal related activities.

He urged them to invest in their gifts since this can give them a break through in life.

“The government is very committed in supporting arts from young people if they choose it as their careers,” notes Ruto.

He reiterated that then next generation world billionaires should be Kenyan artists assuring full support from the government.
