In an interview with Citizen TV’s Day Break on Tuesday, Odhiambo said that she is ready to corporate with the anti-graft agencies if she is suspected of looting funds belonging to the taxpayers. She urged other members of parliament to back President Uhuru Kenyatta’s fight to end graft for the sake of development."I do not care if my bank account is privately accessed; I have nothing to hide... you might end up accusing me of having too little money as a leader There are certain rights that have to go above others in the processes involving fight on graft," she said. Her remarks were echoed by her Uasin Gishu Counterpart Gladys Boss Shollei who also said that she backs war against the vice. She, however, insisted that the right procedures must be used to retain the privacy of an individual under probe all the time. Shollei also reminded other leaders in government to back Uhuru's fight to clear the vice.“We all support the war against corruption but we cannot do it at the expense of the right to privacy, the presumption of innocence and protection so as to have fair administrative action,” she said.
