After Harmonize dumped Diamond Platnumz's Wasafi Records to start his own record label, KondeGang Worldwide Records, their friendship changed drastically.
Harmonize left WCB early last year and so far he has managed to stay at the top of Bongo Flava music, unlike other artistes who disappeared from the limelight immediately after they dumped Diamond.
Since they parted ways, Diamond and Harmonize have been trying to outsmart each other in terms of the music they do and how to manage and control the huge crowd during shows.
It recently emerged that both of them are using fishy tricks to attract huge fans to their shows, including paying fans to show up and reducing entry charges to their shows.
Regardless of Diamond being the best live performer in Africa, Harmonize has managed to reduce his stage prowess.
In recent live shows, Diamond has been taking part in, the singer has been struggling to bring his audience into his vibes.
Earlier, Diamond could ask his fans to sway their hand from left to right by saying 'Kushoto Kulia', get their attention before he starts singing.
However, since Harmonize released his song dubbed 'Kushoto Kulia', Diamond stopped using the phrase, simply because he will be 'singing' Harmonize's song.
Diamond is now being forced to use different phrases he is not used to, including 'Magharabi...Masharaki" and 'Huku.....kule'.
He also stopped performing all songs he collaborated with Harmonize, including 'Kwangwaru' which was a major hit in East Africa.
'Kwangwaru' was one of the songs Diamond enjoyed performing live when they were in good terms with Harmonize.
