The Harambee Stars players are set to star later tonight in their final group stage fixture against the Lions of Teranga of Senegal.
It is a do or die fixture as they have to hold the Senegalese players to a draw or win the game to put their qualification into the round of 16 beyond doubt.
To do that, they will have to overmark 3 key players who have proved venomous upfront.
1. Sadio Mane
He plays top-flight football for 2019 UEFA Champions League winners Liverpool who are among the top football teams, not just in the English Premier League, but also in Europe.
Sadio Mane was instrumental in Liverpool's UEFA Champions League campaign alongside Egypt's Mohamed Salah and Brazil's Roberto Firmino.
He has also proved effective for the Lions of Teranga especially in their AFCON qualification campaign.
2. Keita Balde
Not many may know him but he has shown he can be brutal with the ball.
The 24-year-old is currently playing for Monaco on loan from Italy's Inter Milan.
He scored a classic goal against the Taifa Stars of Tanzania with a strong left-footed shot that thrust Senegal into the lead at the 30, June Stadium.
3. Kreppin Diatta
He has accuracy and power in his right foot.
His second goal for Senegal against Tanzania was proof of that, injecting venom into a shot just outside the box that went straight into the back of the net.
Diatta plys his trade in Europe for Club Brugge in Belgium.
