Kapseret Member parliament Oscar Sudi has hit out at the Directorate of Criminal Investigation(DCI) for being selective in dealing with those involved in hate speech.

Through his  Facebook post on Tuesday said a number of politicians have been involved in the act but no action was taken.

"Former Molo MP Joseph Kiuna once talked badly but no action was taken,  former MP George Nyanja and Raphael Tuju were caught on a leaked telephone conversation talking about reviving Kiambaa Church case with the aim of generating animosity between communities living in Rift Valley especially on 2007/2008 post-election violence issue but nothing was done," said Kapseret MP. 

He further said that last week  Matiang'i while in Mombasa conducting operations against illicit drugs where he raided the house of suspected drug baron Ali Punjani.

 "I wondered why Joho's residence was spared by the operations, why did Matiang'i spare him yet they were pictured together in Mombasa? Was Matiang'i discussing the same issue with Joho? It is in public knowledge that; Ali Punjani, Joho, Akasha brothers are all birds of the same feathers," the Jubilee vocal MP added.

He further said that selective justice will haunt the country and called for fairness.

The Kapseret legislator condemned the recent utterances by Nandi senator Samson Charargei and called for him to apologise publicly.
