"We recognize it is a new dawn for Kenya and for all youths. We appreciate too for this opportunity. The BBI has brought up the bottom uproot. This will ensure the majority (youths) in this country are recognised by the government in funds disbursement and Government jobs." She said.

Ann Mvurya highlighted that the great problem in this country is idleness brought out by jobless youths who later end up in involving in criminal activities.

Ann went on with her argument citing that the government should consider changing the lives of young Kenyans by ensuring each and every fund released to benefit the youth is not lost.

"Youths funds have been there but unfortunately it has been used by few politicians and people in power. Can the incentives the BBI is talking about reach the youths in a transparent way." She added.

She later gave applause to the team that prepared the report citing that it was well articulated and has proposed ways to deal with corrupt leaders and integrity matters thereby endorsing it.
