Try embracing some diets if you need stronger and healthy teeth. 

1. Eat foods rich in fibre content

Fibre has been a good component in the body which plays numerous roles. They can help in preventing constipation. Moreover, fibres have the ability to absorb and reduce the sugar content found in some green leafy vegetables. Sugary substances are what causes tooth decay. Fibre-related foods should be on the front burner of your daily meals 

2. Consider traditional wholesome over snacks.

Junk foods like snacks are bad for your health because some of them have no important nutrients. Traditional wholesome foods like "matoke", groundnut and kales prevent dental bacteria from causing harm than good because of their antioxidants.

3. Drink more cow's milk

Milk is high in calcium, a component that helps in fighting and making them so stronger. Most importantly, calcium protects the enamel from any bacteria that may try to botch our teeth. 

4. Always drink black tea

Just sipping black tea daily can be of great help. They are said to contain a concentration of fluorine that prevent plaques and bacteria from multiplying.
