Celebrated comedian Daniel Ndambuki had a flashback of his first appearance in a television show.
The opportunity came in 2000 on Kenya Broadcasting Cooperation (KBC) after he had completed college.
Churchill stated that the open-door policy that was used then by KBC gave him an opportunity to act like a drunk actor, Bwana Asava, on Kisulisuli show.
In a clip shared on his official Facebook page, Saturday, celebrating Ndambuki, KBC reflects on the journey Churchill has travelled until he established himself as an admirable brand that he is today.
He is the brains behind Churchill Live show that is aired on NTV. The program has produced tens of comedians and some have moved on and started their own ventures including Erick Omondi.
He also revealed that he tried being a football commentator but could not match the skills of legendary Jack Oyoo Silvester.
Churchill lauded the family-oriented content that was aired on the maiden broadcasting station. He expressed his wish of raising his children in an era where media content was regulated as was the case with KBC.
"Wow. It is such a great pleasure. Asante sana KBC for this piece. Happy Mashujaa Day in advance," he posted on Facebook.
Here is his first television show as shown in the Mashujaa clip by KBC.
