"I visited Mvita Boys secondary school following Tuesday's night fire incident at one of the dormitories. For the damaged dormitory which Mvita CDF had fully built, I pledged to repair all the 23 double-decker beds, to buy the 29 students who live in the dormitory two pairs of school uniform each, and buy books worth Sh100 for the students," he said.

Nassir further promised to help in setting up fire safety measures at the school, key among them fire extinguishers, maintaining fire alarm systems for detection and warning of fire and also obtaining and maintaining a complete inventory of fire steps.
