Here are three natural sweeteners that are good for your health.

1. Palm sugar

Brown sugar is a good alternative for you. The sugar is extracted from palm plants like coconut and areng palm. However, the sucrose, glucose, and fructose content varies depending on where the plant is. The presence of inulin makes brown sugar to have a low glycemic index than what is found in white refined sugar.

2. Raw honey
