The woman, Nuru Moraa, recounted how she met the President during the campaigns in Ikonge town, Nyamira County.

Moraa, 57, says that Uhuru promised to host her at State House but he is yet to fulfil the same.

In an interview with Standard Digital at her Nyairang’a village home, she said that Uhuru was so friendly when they met and told her she had a chance to tour his office if he won the election.

She, however, said that it has remained a dream on her side as the head of State has never invited her.

The mother of six also said that Uhuru had told her to contact North Mugirango MP Joash Nyamoko to help her visit State House, but her efforts are yet to bear fruits.

“The President called Nyamoko and told him to ensure I am taken to State House so that he could fulfil his promise of helping me, something that has not happened,” she said.

She added that her eldest son had completed his education and scored a B in KCSE but she cannot afford to pay for his college fees
