It is worth remembering that both Wahu and Size 8 were secular artists before turning to gospel music at different times.

In a post on her Instagram account, Wahu penned an amazing message recounting how her journey to turning to gospel music started.

"Today I'm crushing on this beautiful woman! My younger sister @size8reborn you are beautiful both inside and out 🥰🥰 Nakumbuka backstage Safaricom Live back in 2010 (I think) when you were saying you really felt the pull of God to start doing Gospel music.. (never mind you were just about to go on stage and shake your money maker!" she posted.

"We both loved God so much but we were going through different things at the time. I wished you well and told you I was still searching my heart and seeking Gods truth. Do you remember?," Wahu added in the Instagram post.

According to the artist, they both had a deep talk and expressed how she was amazed at what God had done to Size 8 over the years.
