Gor Mahia trounced their arch rivals AFC Leopards in the Mashemeji Derby played on Sunday at the Nyayo National Stadium on Sunday.

K’ogalo took an early lead through Meddie Kagere in the 18th minute.

Gor dominated the proceedings in the first half, and hit the back of the net again in the 40th minute through George Odhiambo “Blackberry”.

Timothy Otieno headed home K’ogalo’s third in the 82nd minute, finishing off Ingwe.

The Leopards were the weaker side through out the 90 minutes as they failed to pose threats to Gor.

Gor Mahia have cut Posta Rangers’ lead to two points. They now have 19 points from nine matches.

AFC Leopards are eighth with 14 points from the same number of matches
