1.Unpasteurized milk
They contain listeria bacteria. It's reported that the bacteria are dangerous. They are causing factor of miscarriage. The bacteria penetrate through the placenta and infects the foetus. It causes blood poisoning in the foetus and later kills the foetus. Pregnant women are advised to avoid unpasteurized milk during their entire pregnancy period.
2. Alcohol consumption
Regular and excessive consumption of alcohol attributes to miscarriage. During pregnancy, the alcohol in the blood penetrates and incorporates with foetus' blood which is dangerous. Foetus' metabolism is very low and it can't manage to process blood rich in alcohol. They end up harming the foetus hence killing it in a long run.
3. Coffee and tea
They are stimulants, and it's always impossible to avoid them. Though, you are highly recommended to avoid taking it in excess during the entire period of pregnancy. This caffeine is endowed with a high amount of fluoride. Flouride causes anaemia because it bars iron absorption. From a biological point of view, anaemia causes miscarriage at early pregnancy. Furthermore, coffee and tea escalate heart rate. This, in turn, causes high blood pressure which is detrimental to the foetus.
