3. Dizziness and poor balance.
Hot showers alter blood pressure hence affects the flow of blood to the brain. A person experiences the alteration through dizzying, there will a poor balance as a result. Poor balance and dizziness can make you fall in the bathroom or after you have dashed out of the bathroom.
A serious fall can lead to excess bleeding as a result of striking your body part on a hard surface.
