The feelings eating through you don't mirror who you're. Change your attitude and stay positive. Just know that your happiness is not determined by your circumstances but by your attitudes. You can choose to be happy by cultivating a good attitude of your situation. As a thumb rule, you're whoever you choose to be and how you feel is under your control.

Change your goals

Those feelings of loneliness can mean you're stuck and you need to set new goals. Change your hopes, ambitions, purposes and set new targets. Doing so will give yourself something to strive for ending the alone feelings.

Do your best to achieve two or one goal every day and you'll feel accomplished. All these small steps will lead you to the success you anticipate. Every small positive thing you do each day will eventually add up to something big.
