Her body was dumped in an abandoned house at Karagita.

The incident comes a week after another minor also aged three years was found abused and murdered in the same area.

According to area Chief Hussein Guyo, the latest victim was found on Sunday.

“We suspect that one person has been committing these crimes and it’s a matter of time before we catch up with him,” he said.

Guyo added that one suspect had been arrested for questioning by police and called on members of the public to volunteer information.

Area residents had over the weekend expressed their concern over rising cases of child abuses in the sprawling estate located along Moi South Lake road.
