About 30 people were injured in the continued clashes at the Enoororet-Nkararo border in Trans Mara West, Narok County.
The inter-clan fights between two warring Maasai clans are due to border misunderstandings.
The clashes that started on Sunday are approximated to have lasted for about two hours between Siria and Ruasi Ngishu clans.
Even after the government's move to draw their borderline between the two warring clans, one of the groups has opposed the borderline launched by the governments causing the continued clashes between them and their neighbouring clans.
The opposing clan also attacked security personnel deployed to guard borderline by the government.
Confirming the incidence, Narok Deputy County Commissioner Hassan Noor told off politicians causing the tribes to riot.
He assured residents that the government has put in place enough security to take care of them amid the fights between the two groups.
Noor maintained that the culprits will be dealt with ruthlessly regardless of their social status.
The Uasin Gishu and Syria clans (Ruasi Ngishu and Siria clans) have had these fights for many years.
Armed GSU officers were deployed in the area to man the boundary and protect innocent people.
