Police in Naivasha are holding four suspects in connection with theft of two motorcycles and bhang possession.
On Wednesday, Naivasha OCPD Titus Munyoki said police arrested the suspects on Tuesday following a tip-off from the public.
"We received the information from the public that four suspects from Kayole Estate were hiding in a rented room and were growing suspicious of them," said Munyoki.
The police boss said investigations have been launched and the suspects will be arraigned in court once they are completed.
“We have launched investigations into the incident and the suspects will be arraigned in court once they are completed," he said.
He thanked residents for providing them with information and urged them to continue doing so to those they feel are acting suspiciously.
The landlord of the house in which the suspects were arrested in denied knowing what they do for a living.
"I rented the four youthful men a single room and I had no information of what they were doing,” he said.
He, however, promised to cooperate with the police in their investigations.
