Even as August 8 general election's date near, the Opposition Cord, is yet to unveil its presidential flag-bearer.
This is despite the Opposition leaders' move to unite and form the National Super Alliance (Nasa), during the Bomas of Kenya convention, January 11.
It has remained a secret among the leaders, until they agree on a consensus.
However, one thing was witnessed at the convention, that could be a symbol that Cord leader Raila Odinga would lead the Opposition, to the ballot.
Ford Kenya secretary general Kakamega senator Bonny Khalwale and ODM deputy party leader Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho 'installed' caps of all Nasa member parties on Raila's head.
Other Opposition leaders Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC), Wavinya Ndeti (CCU) and Nick Salat (Kanu secretary general) however did not receive any party cap.
Could this be a symbolism that Raila will be the Opposition presidential flag-bearer?
