The group,  through a movement dubbed ‘Voter bribery not with my Vote’, said voter bribery has given the nation rogue leaders.

"The government has rolled out plan to sensitize young people learn how to advocate sustainable development causes in their communities and actively participate in leadership ahead of the oncoming general elections next year. Most youth in the country do not engage in active and competitive politics in their regions and this has largely contributed to marginalization of youth in the country," Mukwanja said.

"This country need youth representation in circles of governance of policies and resources to achieve progressive and empowerment of youthful generation,"  Mukwanja added.

Gideon Keter, a youth leader, said the youth should be ready to run for elective positions.
