Wiper Party leaders have warned the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) against chest thumping and boasting.
Speaking on Sunday at Tononoka grounds in Mombasa during a political rally, the party's chairperson and Kitui Senator David Musila threatened to pull out of the Cord coalition if the ODM Party continues priding itself as the largest party both in the country and in the East African region.
"We do not want to hear this chest-thumping by ODM saying that they are the largest political party in East and Central Africa," said Musila.
“They should know that we have other options if they continue with such utterances," he added.
The Wiper rally was attended by the party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, secretary general Hassan Omar, Nyali MP Hezron Awiti and Jomvu MP Badi Twalib.
