The president of the United States of American, Donald Trump, said that Iran seem to be backing away following the high tension that has been rising after the killing of Qassem Soleimani, the Iranian military commander.
While addressing the nation at White House, Wednesday, Trump revealed that it is a good thing that Iran's plan of backing away from staging a revenge on Americans is a good thing to both involved parties.
"Iran appears to be standing down, which is a good thing for all parties concerned and a very good thing for the world," Trump said
Trump also said that the United States is ready to embraces peace with all those countries that seek it.
“The United States is ready to embrace peace with all who seek it.” He said
On USA being ready to react if Iran happens to go ahead with their revenge, Trump said that even though they have superior weapons to respond at anytime that Iran attack any American citizens, they don't have to use it if Iran don't go ahead with their revenge plans.
He added: "American strength, both military and economic, is the best deterrent". "The fact that we have this great military and equipment, however, does not mean we have to use it."
