Fisherman was in the early morning of May 25 drowned in Muuoni dam in Kathiani sub-county.
According to an eye-witness who was the first one to arrive at the scene also for fishing activity, said that he found belongings which he assumed belonged to someone within the environment.
After calling out and not getting any response he decided to rush to nearby homesteads and call for help.
Residents flocked to the place and concluded that someone had drowned and tipped off area sub-chief Peter Ndee as they began searching for the drowned.
Before Ndee could arrive, the drowned had already been found and identified to be from Isyukoni area.
This comes barely three months after two primary school children drowned in the dam.
Residents have been calling for help from the county government for the dam to be fenced citing that many people have become so much ignorant despite having posts showing that not even fishing but one caught trespassing should be arrested and heavy law taken on him or her.
Residents say that they will still keep on pressuring relevant authorities so that the dam is fenced in order to avoid more deaths resulting from drowning in the dam.
The body of the deceased was picked by Kathiani police officers and taken to Kathiani level four hospital mortuary as investigations kick off on what might have caused the drowning.
