Popular Ugandan socialite cum businesswoman Zari Hassan has confessed that she thought her relationship with Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz would last forever.
Speaking during a recent interview with Tanzanian journalist Millard Ayo, Zari noted that she loved Diamond a lot and wanted to build a strong relationship with him.
Zari who was responding to allegations of cheating on Diamond while they were dating, maintained that she never cheated on the artist.
"So the absolute truth is (sasa ukweli kabisa mimi) I never cheated on Diamond in our nearly four years together (karibu tulikua tunaingia miaka minne). Over my life, over my kids' life, to lose everything that I own today including my soul, only God (Mungu kabisa) is my witness. I never cheated on that man," Zari stated.
The socialite who was recently in Kenya for a meeting with Kenyan musician Akothee, added that she wanted to create a strong relationship that would last forever.
"Because I was in love with him, and I felt like I was coming from one relationship, I wanted to build something like the previous one... I even thought you know, that this is going to be forever," said Zari.
Zari Hassan and Diamond Platnumz who enjoy a huge fan base in Kenya broke up last year. Shortly after the breakup, Diamond moved on with Tanasha Donna who is a Kenyan radio presenter.
