The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) panel has shortlisted 31 applicants as it seeks to fill the positions of the outgoing six commissioners.
The interviews to be held from December 1-15, will take place at the county Hall Building in Nairobi, and the public has been invited to present their views on the suitability of the candidates.
Seven hundred and sixty candidates had applied for the positions of IEBC commissioners.
According to an advert in the local dailies, those shortlisted should carry with them clearance certificates from the DCI, HELB, KRA, EACC and the credit reference bureau.
“Candidates nominated for approval by the National Assembly shall be required to appear before a Committee of the National Assembly for vetting,” added the ad.
