The former Kass Fm radio presenter and ICC suspect, Joshua Sang, on Sunday expressed his confidence on the eagerly awaited ICC Tuesday ruling.

He said he is optimistic that the ICC will find no case against him and his co- accused suspect, William Ruto. He also expressed their innocence saying the court will finally find them without cases to answer hence putting their trials to a dead end.

Speaking ahead of the key ICC ruling on Tuesday on their no-case-to-answer motion, Sang said he is thankful and appreciated the fact that Kenyans across the globe have been praying for them. In his speech, he delivered his heartfelt message of good will and appreciation to all Kenyans who have been putting them in their prayers noting that he is optimistic they shall be declared innocent without cases to answer on Tuesday.

Sang was speaking at the Milimani Church in Nairobi, where he attended a church service as he sought God's favour on the mighty Tuesday ruling.

Sang together with Deputy President William Ruto are being accused of being the masterminds behind the 2007 disputed elections.The duo are alleged to have taken a key role in planning and funding criminal acts in the vast Rift Valley region where people were butchered and property destroyed.
