Kisii county deputy governor Joash Maangi, has affirmed the residents that, as a county they have gone miles ahead in terms of development.
speaking at the Kisii cultural center in Kisii County, the deputy governor urged the residents to work hand in hand with the county government to make sure they move ahead.
He said that as a county, Kisii needs to interrogate the successes achieved and the various challenges affecting the county.
he further declared that devolution needs to be made a reality in peoples minds, by the practical phase of the devolution development process.
Maangi asked the residents to give a positive approach to the development process which has taken root three years down the line, since the devolved government began to operate.
Maangi said that as a county they have to try every way possible to overcome the challenges before proceeding to another level in their development agenda.
