Dr Musyoka claims that Uhuru’s government has not taken any stern action on key graft suspects implicated in various scandals.

Speaking to the press at Machakos town on Tuesday, Dr Musyoka said that failure by Uhuru’s government to act tough on graft suspects has led to increase in corruption scandals.

Dr Musyoka now wants President Kenyatta to resign over the alleged Sh5.2 Billion scam at Afya House. Musyoka claims that the President is watching as taxpayer’s money is looted.

“President Kenyatta should resign because he is helpless in fighting corruption,” said Dr Musyoka.

The Women leader said that Kenyans are languishing in poverty while development money is being looted.

“It is unfortunate that Kenyans are dying of hunger and diseases when the money meant to help them get treatment are being looted,” she said.

The Women Representative who was with Machakos county Wiper chairman Albanas Mutisya and coordinator Dee Kivuva asked Kenyans to stand up against corruption.

“As Kenyans, we must speak out and demand action against perpetrators of corruption,” she said.

The alleged Sh5.2 Billion Afya scam continues to elicit reactions from Kenyans and leaders.

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has already summoned Health CS Cleophas Mailu and Principal Secretary Nicholas Muraguri over the alleged graft.
