Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua has affirmed his support for churches in Nakuru in bid to strengthen churches in the region.
Mbugua while speaking in Njoro on Thursday when he meet Njoro District Pastors Fellowship also appreciated efforts made by churches towards developing the county, and imparting positive attributes to people.
"We will continue working with all churches in this county for the betterment of the church and county at large. The church has played a bigger role in shaping people in this region as well as advocating for unity and development," he said.
Today is the governor's last day of ‘Gavana Mtaani Outreach Program' in Njoro, where he will be meeting area residents.
He was accompanied by County Secretary Joseph Motari and other county leaders.
