Borabu member of Parliament Ben Momanyi has challenged Deputy President William Ruto to keep off Cord coalition politics and instead mind his own business.
According to Momanyi, Ruto is a partyless individual and should leave opposition politics alone.
Speaking on Sunday at Kebirgo in Nyamira County during Wiper party Kalonzo Musyoka’s visit to the region, the MP said Cord knows who will be its flag bearer and Ruto has no business to interfere with Cord politics.
“We have been seeing how DP Ruto speaks in this country that Cord has no flag bearer, I am challenging him to mind his own business and keep off Cord politics,” said Momanyi.
"Ruto is partyless and we know what we are doing. He should wait to fight it out in 2017. We need to be respected,” he added.
Momanyi called on the Gusii residents to vote for Cord in the next general election to save the country, saying Jubilee has failed terribly.
