Members of Parliament from Nakuru County have threatened to impeach the Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery if he fails to deal with CORD’s anti-IEBC demonstrations.

Flanked by Governor Kinuthia Mbugua , the MPs said they will table a motion of no-confidence against Nkaissery if he does not deal with the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD)over its threat to be holding two anti-IEBC demos a week.

“We are warning Nkaissery that if he allows the opposition to demonstrate on Monday, I will sponsor a motion in Parliament to remove him from the office ,” said Nakuru Town MP David Gikaria.

The MP was in company of MPs Samuel Arama (Nakuru West), Jacob Macharia (Molo) and Moses Cheboi (Kuresoi North).
