Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago has reiterated his government's commitment to providing good health care services to its residents.
Speaking in Huruma Sub-County Hospital on Thursday where he launched an eye unit, the governor promised to channel more funds to the hospital to ensure its fully operational.
"My government is committed to providing good health care services to our people as envisaged in the country's vision 2030," he said.
The eye sight unit was was funded by Operation Eyesight Universal in collaboration with Seeing is Believing organisation and the County Government of Uasin Gishu.
