Police in Tala are investigating an incidence in which a man was found dead on Sunday inside a lodge.
Confirming the incident, Tala OCS James Njiiri said the man had checked in the Lodging on Saturday night.
Mr Njiiri said the lodging attendants had tried to knock on his door without success before they were forced to break the down the door where he was found dead.
Njiiri disclosed that the man did not have any physical injuries on his body and the police did not find anything that could identify him.
"The man did not have any papers or anything that could identify him, up to now the cause of his death has not been ascertained but investigations have commenced to establish the cause," said Njiiri.
His body was taken to Kangundo Level Four hospital mortuary as the police called for collaboration from the residents to help identify the deceased or the cause of his death.
