With the billboard saga providing the latest controversy, Ms Passaris has taken to social forums to launch her attacks on the governor for allegedly pulling down her advertisement billboards along the major highways in the city.

On Friday, she took to her twitter handle to criticise City Hall for what she termed witch-hunt, saying the recent crackdown on outdoor advertisements was targeted at her business.

"KOT I watched as a competitor destroyed my business and manipulated press, leaders, and the courts. Nothing made sense. I was exhausted," her Friday tweet read.

The attacks further escalated to take a political angle when Passaris asked Kidero to step out of office for ‘failing Nairobians’.

"KOT @KideroEvans I want you out of office. As the Arrow would say. You have failed this City," read another tweet.

City hall had indicated that the businesswoman's advertising company, Adopt-A-Light, had accumulated debt amounting to over 37.4 billion shillings, a figure that she has already discarded as being false.

Unconfirmed reports have it that Ms Passaris is warming up for Nairobi politics in 2017, with Kidero being her expected major rival.
