The body of a class-eight pupil at Ulaani Primary School in Mbiuni ward was found in a bush near the school on Wednesday afternoon.
The 14-year old boy had gone missing on Tuesday morning where a search for him by community policing officers assisted by residents commenced.
According to an eye witness who found the body, the body had no signs of physical injuries nor struggle.
"We had been searching for the boy day and night since Tuesday evening. When I found the deceased I confirmed that he had no signs of struggling nor physical injuries," said James Mue, an area resident.
Three people suspected to be behind the boy's death have been arrested and taken to Kangundo police station as police begin investigations on the cause of the death.
The body of the deceased was taken to Kangundo level four hospital mortuary.
