Political temperatures in Kisii county are rising as politicians lay strategies in race for the county's top seat.
Led by the former Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC) chairman Charles Nyachae and Kisii County Senator Chris Obure, a group of politicians in the region has promised to join hands and edge out the governor.
The two politicians who have joined hands for the Kisii county leadership have, however, reportedly disagreed on who should be the candidate and the party they should run on.
The two have also not agreed on who should be the flag bearer and the running mate.
The two had agreed that Chris Obure should be the candidate and Nyachae running mate under the ODM ticket.
This has to be settled before official campaign kicks off.
