A 32-year-old man is offering to sell his kidney in order to offset a bank loan.

Joseph Mwiti Kithinji has posted an advertisement on social media looking for willing buyer of his vital organ. 

The man, who says he hails from Gaturi Location in South Imenti Constituency, Meru County, claims he is struggling with the payment of a Sh330,000 loan from Equity Bank. 

He alleges the bank has already auctioned his only cow as a result of defaulting but there is still an outstanding balance. 

Kithinji said he opted to sell his kidney since life has become difficult for him and his family. He is also taking care of three children from his deceased brother. (Photo/) CAPTION:
