The body had bullet wounds in the head, and police also discovered one pistol and several bullets.
According to documents found by the police, the man hails from Timboroa in Baringo county, and had rented a room at Travel Lodge Hotel on Monday.
A senior source in the police told this writer that they treat the incident as murder, though investigations has commenced.
“He either shot himself in the head, or the woman shot him then ran away. Nothing was stolen from him,” the source said.
While contacted, Naivasha OCPD Titus Munyoki said: “I have not been informed about the incident."
