Ladies in the capital city of Rwanda, Kigali, were on Saturday night overwhelmed with happiness for getting a rare opportunity to hug highly celebrated Bongo Star Diamond Platnumz.
Diamond Platnumz's Saturday show in Kigali was full of drama after ladies in their numbers stepped on stage to embrace their star.
In a video which has since gone viral, Diamond had performed a number of his songs in a live band before he decided to invite female dancers from the audience.
"May I have six ladies who are good dancers to come forward and step on stage (Hebu nipaate wasichana sita wanaokatika sana waje kwenye stage," Diamond invited them.
Surprisingly, ladies who responded to his calling stepped on stage with different and unexpected motives and agendas.
The very first lady to step on stage jumped on Diamond and embraced the unexpected singer for about a minute.
Other ladies stepped on sage in different styles. One lady happily screamed as she darted towards the 'Sikomi' hit maker for hug.
Others were kneeling before the singer just to get a chance to embrace him.
"I love you too, I love you more mama, " Diamond could be hear saying to one of the ladies.
Diamond is so much loved by his fans across the Africa, especially in East Africa, including here in Kenya. Fans never get enough of him anytime he shows up.
