Speaking to residents at Nyanguru in Nyaribari Chache on Sunday during the fund drive for 22 Churches, the consultant to the group Charles Nyachae who was also endorsed for the senatorial seat through ‘obomo bwo omogusii’ ,accused the propagandists who preach ill about the lobby group.

"We want to warn those who are propagating that obomo is no more, they should be avoided, let them know that we are strong than ever," Nyachae said.

"If it was one or two who have left it does not mean that we will not stop our mission, we are on with our agenda of preaching unity and bringing the community together," he added.

Nyachae said that the defeat at Nyacheki ward was not enough for them to stop their mission.

At the same time, he warned those who allegedly hired goons who are said to fight Jubilee supporters during by-election at Nyacheki.

"It is not that we don't know how to look for goons but what we want to preach peace and unity, hence we call upon those who hired goons at Nyacheki to revise their syllabus and think twice," said Nyachae.

"It is shameful to use youths in causing disruption, while our own children are somewhere enjoying life," he added.

Kisii Deputy Governor Joash Maangi who is the organizing secretary to the lobby group said they have not locked out anyone as others say.

"There are some who are saying we have locked them out, we want to assure them that doors are open for them so that we can move together," he said.

Nyachae warned that things have turned out worse in the administration of Kisii County hence they should insist on change come 2017.

He said that the Nyaribarians have been sidelined from the county and are not treated as the part of Kisii county residents.

The former CIC chairman accused the Governor of failing in his administration.
