Renowned lawyer Miguna Miguna has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta, and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga for attending Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru's wedding.
In a series of tweets, Miguna claimed that President Kenyatta, and Odinga's presence in the wedding meant they approve of people mentioned in various corruption scandals to go free.
"By attending the wedding of Anne Waiguru - the architect of the #NYS scandal that resulted in the theft of more than Sh50 billion public funds - Despot Uhuru Kenyatta and The People's Con-Man Raila Odinga have given green mark of approval for looters to continue their PLUNDER," he said.
"Let me say it in very simple terms for everyone, including the semi-literate, to understand: Despot Uhuru Kenyatta and The People's Con-Man Raila Odinga cannot claim to be "fighting corruption" and "uniting Kenya" when they EMBRACE one of the worst LOOTERS in Kenya," he added.
Meanwhile, Governor Waiguru exchanged marriage vows with her lover lawyer Kamotho Waiganjo on Saturday in a beautiful traditional wedding.
The wedding was attended by a lot of people including; President Kenyatta, Odinga, and various politicians from across the political divide.
