Deputy President William Ruto has challenged Cord leaders to give Kenyans their score card during their tenure in government.
While addressing a women's group in Matungu,Kakamega county the DP accused the opposition chiefs;Raila Odinga,Kalonzo Musyoka,Moses Wetang'ula and Musalia Mudavadi of using corruption allegations in the Jubilee government for political gain yet they did little while they were in power.
“I want to ask those in the Opposition to tell the public what they did for the long period they were in government,” Ruto said.
But in a quick rejoinder,ODM leader Raila Odinga hit out at the DP terming the government's fight on graft as a total failure owing to the high levels of run away corruption and mismanagement of public funds.
“This government has totally failed Kenyans and we must make choices that will determine a better future for all of us,”Raila said. The opposition chief was addressing his supporters at Orengo primary school in Bondo constituency.
