Here is a list of Kenyan musicians who met their untimely deaths after grisly road accidents.

1. E-sir

Issah Mmari Wangui, better known as E-sir was a Kenyan musical legend who rocked the music scene from 2001 to 2003 when he met his untimely death after being involved in an accident. Some of his hit songs include; boomba train, hamnitishi, kamata and leo ni leo. He collaborated with likes of Nameless who is still active in the music scene. 

2. Lady S

She was a popular rapper signed under Calif records associated with Jua Cali. She met her untimely death in 2007 along Thika Road. Her notable song is ukimwona, a collaboration with another musical legend pilipili. 

3. Angela Chibalonza

The gospel musician died after being involved in a road accident along the Naivasha-Nairobi Highway while coming from a performance in Nakuru.

4. Bishop Ben Bahati

He was also a gospel musician and minister based in Eldoret. His high flying music career and gospel ministry was cut short after being involved in an accident in Burnt Forest area. He was behind the success of other gospel musicians such as Daddy Owen, Dunco and Ole Willy.

5. John De Mathew

The Benga musician becomes the latest casualty of road carnage after being involved in a road accident at Blue Post Hotel while in Thika while heading to his home in Nairobi.
