Orange Democratic Party leader Raila Odinga has assured all those intending to run on the ODM ticket that they will hold free and fair nominations.
Speaking on Sunday during the burial of the mother of human rights lawyer and Centre for Multi-Party Democracy CEO George Kegoro, Raila said in the past they have been facing few challenges which have been addressed and he believes there will be no more complaints this time round.
“We want to ensure that we defeat Jubilee come 2017 and all we want is to ensure that we get the strongest candidate from each area so that we sweep many seats in the country,” he added.
The party leader also took the time to call upon all the party members to ensure that they register as voters and leave the rest to him as he is sure they will get to State House come 2017.
