Jubilee deputy party leader William Ruto has warned aspirants seeking party tickets that they will be kicked out of the nomination process if they engage in politics of tribalism and hatred.
"There is no room in Jubilee for leaders and aspirants who engage in politics that encourage tribalism and hatred among Kenyans,'' Ruto said.
He noted that the Jubilee Party was keen to eliminate tribal leaders.
"Jubilee Party represents all Kenyans. Aspirants should not engage in tribal politics since they will be kicked out of the party," he said.
Ruto added Jubilee will conduct fair nominations ahead of 2017 polls.
The Deputy President was speaking on Sunday during an Interdenominational church service at Chirchir Secondary School, Uasin Gishu County.
