Currently, the nation is in the middle of criticism courtesy of the ongoing xenophobic attacks targeting foreigners living and operating in the country, as locals complain of joblessness.

Abdullahi alias Grand Mullah says that in the next ten years, the once Africa's most powerful country will be dealing with high levels of corruption, hunger and bankruptcy.

He predicted lawlessness and poor infrastructure as what will be used to characterize the nation within the next ten years.

"In TEN years time, South Africa will be like Zimbabwe or another typical African country...corrupt, bankrupt, decaying infrastructure, lawlessness, hungry, impoverished and loaded over by unaccountable kleptocracy lead by a clique of ZULU thieves ably assisted by a Gupta," he tweeted.

The most affected country has been Nigeria, which has since responded by issuing travelling advisories against visiting South Africa.

Nigerians have retaliated by destroying businesses to be owned by South Africans living in the country.

Zambia earlier in the week called off a soccer match between its national team and South Africa's Bafana Bafana which was set to be played in Lusaka over the same.

The most affected province has been Gauteng', which houses Johannesburg city.
