Mr Ndungu Gethenji, the former Tetu Member of Parliament was been arrested in Nairobi on Friday.

The former legislator was arrested on by Flying Squad detectives. 

It remains unclear why the  former Jubilee legislator has been arrested, but reports indicate that it could be because of a 20 billion estates tassel between him and his brother Gitahi Gethenji.
